The rooms were spacious and had a nice large spa tub which was well-maintained by the extremely friendly staff. 🛁 The breakfast was excellent, and we were able to check in early, which was a bonus.

The stay here was wonderful of two nights. It had a comfy location right by the Elizabethtown-Lancaster area, the center, and downtown, with other businesses and shopping plaza nearby. The rooms were good-sized and brand-new. The beds were extremely comfy.

The hotel had a fairly clean environment, comfortable facilities, and a beautiful location near Lancaster and Elizabethtown. Our room came equipped with central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven.

It was a truly memorable stay of two nights. We got a room with a spa bathtub. The pool area was heated. I had a fantastic two-night stay at Surestay Plus Hotel in Elizabethtown. The room with a spa bathtub was lovely, and the heated pool area added to my enjoyment. We stayed here for a night while in transit to our destination. The staff was super friendly and accommodated a late check out due to our travel needs. The building and our room was clean and everything worked as it should. The breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety to choose from. The bed was so comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great and all facilities were kept very clean.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

My two-night stay here was fantastic, with a beautiful location and incredibly friendly staff making everything enjoyable.

Room said it could sleep 5 guests. There were only 2 queen beds and no couch or anything. Where should the fifth person sleep? So I asked for a cot because it should sleep 5 people. Well at the end of our stay I found out they charged me an extra $10 for the cot.

Everything was great! Rooms were clean with a creative touch. We felt warm and welcomed and everything we needed was available! We took advantage of the offsite pool which was GREAT!!! The location is great as well especially for day trips to Hershey Park and Lancaster. We enjoyed ourselves so much we've already begun to refer people to your hotel!
